Overview: The D&S Town Hall headed by the SVP of Devices & Services was a Townhall to welcome the new SVP Panos Panay. The event featured keynotes from the CEO and VPs from Ring, Blink, Amazon Key and Amazon Sidewalk, Trust & Privacy, Alexa & EDS, as well as Kindle, and Tablets & Kids. There were 1,500 onsite attendees and 9,477 livestream viewers. This marked the first ever launch of the D&S Townhall series and set the foundation of how future all team and org events would go moving forward.
Job Role: Lead Producer
Job Scope: To work with the clients, production vendors, 3rd party scenic and rental vendors throughout planning and execution. The lead producer role for this event also played a vital role of production setup, system changes and direct keynote talent management.
