The Art of Memory | RenaiXance

The Art of Memory is a groundbreaking multi-sensory exhibition that explores the architecture of the human mind. Produced by the global collective RenaiXance, this touring installation fuses neuroscience; specifically research into Alzheimer’s and memory retention, with fine art and live performance. Inspired by the classical "Memory Palace," the project transforms abstract cognitive processes into a physical, immersive landscape, using storytelling to restore wonder and connection in an increasingly fragmented world.

My Role: Creative Producer & Partnership Associate
As the lead strategist for RenaiXance’s expansion into North America, I am responsible for translating this complex European IP for the U.S. and Canadian markets. My work sits at the intersection of creative development and operational scaling.

Market Strategy & Expansion: I lead the go-to-market strategy, identifying high-demand venues and site-specific activations for temporary and touring installations across major North American cultural hubs.

Strategic Partnerships: I spearhead outreach to a cross-disciplinary network of collaborators, ranging from world-class science institutions and neuroscientists to art museums and tech innovators.

Operational Infrastructure: To facilitate sustainable growth, I designed and manage our partnership pipelines, CRM systems, and legal documentation (NDAs), ensuring the collective can scale efficiently across borders.

Creative Development: Beyond logistics, I collaborate on the creative evolution of the project, helping shape future installation concepts and audience engagement strategies to ensure the work resonates deeply with new, diverse audiences.
